- First, enter the following into "My Computer" at the top:

\\cosrv-ps1

- Next, select the printer you wish to print to and double left mouse click it
- Then, to configure it, type this into "My Computer" at the top and follow the directions:

1. Press the Start button

1. Select the
   “Devices and Printers” button.

1. Right Click the printer you wish to configure and select the “Printer Properties” option.

1. Click the “Preferences…” button.

1. Select “Locked Print” in the Job Type: dropdown and then click the “Details…” button.

1. Enter your username that you use to log into your computer as the “User ID”.
2. Enter your copier code as the “Password” value.
3. Press the “OK” button.

1. Click the Detailed Settings tab.

1. Click the “Job Setup” option in the Menu: area.
2. Make sure the “Locked Print”
   is selected in the Job Type: field.
3. Enter your copier code in the “User Code” field.
4. Click the “OK” button.

1. Click the “OK” button.
2. You’re done!
